Customer Support Specialist

IN HOME EVALUATORS

Account Loader – Offsite – Remote (Data Entry)

Part time, work-at-home position that accesses Cass’ internal intranet workflow and Tandem systems.  Responsible for researching and updating existing account numbers and loading new account information according to departmental procedures.

Data Administrative Associate 100% Remote:

The Data Admin Associate performs duties associated with our address change service process. This individual creates various reports, monitors, and facilitates vendor and company communication in a manner which contributes to our clients’ satisfaction.

Invoice & Data Control Clerk – Remote/FT

The Invoice and Data Control Clerk is responsible for the review and subsequent routing of invoices for the corresponding business unit. Reviews invoices daily in accordance with company standards. Verifies validity of information presented on invoices against account procedures. Identifies obvious trends and communicate findings to management. Documents processing issues  and reports and records in internal proprietary software platform. Reconciles exception invoices to daily exception reports. Distributes exception invoices based on exception routing.

Utility Support Clerk I – Remote (Data entry)

Duties: Access customer files to research and update existing account numbers in Tandem.  Load new account information. Reviews various files to research account numbers rejected in data entry. Researches Tandem to identify existing accounts by matching meter numbers to service address or sites to the information on file. Utilizes provided excel spreadsheets to load new accounts into Tandem including account number, vendor, and other client required information.

Executive Assistant:

The Executive Assistant will support and report directly to our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)of Evernorth and serve as an integral member of the Cyber Security Team. This individual must demonstrate the ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary and seeking assistance when appropriate. 

Remote Capture Clerk: (Data entry position with light phone duties)

The purpose of this job is to balance incoming remote capture POD runs from the branches and other locations using the remote capture system. Keying and balancing POD runs on the remote capture system. Keeping notes on POD run problems for branch phone calls. Making phone calls to branches for rescanning of items. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Technical Document Processing Coordinator

Create, edit, and format client deliverables (e.g. financial statements, annual reports, proposals, presentations, etc.) in an accurate and timely manner. Prepare and format initial drafts of documents, including Word and Excel documents, as well as PowerPoint presentations. Organize and communicate project deadlines, status updates and workflow questions. Review and proofread documents for accuracy. Proactively plan work to meet assigned timelines

ZenDesk Administrator:

As I have stated before, ZenDesk is a CRM platform that most companies utilize for chat, email, and non-phone outreach to their clients. [From the job post]: You must have the ability to perform day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the platform, and provide workflow development in the ZenDesk platform to meet customer requests. Compensation is $42-$55 per hour.

A/R and Order Management Specialist (Data Entry)

[From the job post]: Ensure data accuracy around customer billing/shipping/email data. Address Internal and External Customer Requests via the Case Queue. Collaborate with your manager, co-workers and staff to ensure end to end the A/R process is meeting the needs of the corporation. Work collaboratively with all members across the organization.

Payment Poster Lead

[From the job post]: This position is responsible for the timely and accurate posting of payments, denials and adjustments. Accurate and detailed posting of EOB payments from insurance companies to patient accounts.  This position has lead responsibility and/or input for hiring, retention, performance development, performance management, and teammate relations. They will support the management of the posting team on and off site for Radiology Partners practices.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist 

The WebPT Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist will be responsible for the follow up efforts for claim payment. The ideal candidate is able to analyze accounts regularly to identify collection opportunities and resolve billing issues.  This includes managing insurance outstanding balances.

Offsite Invoice Payment Specialist-Data Entry-Part-Time/Remote After Training/$13 Hour-Freight:

Operates a personal computer to: Understands the basic freight industry concepts and terms necessary for proper data entry.

Understands the fundamentals of the billing/payment process. Has a complete understanding of Cass generic procedures and customer specific requirements. Logically plans workday by understanding and following all priorities. Work 25-29 hours per week, when it fits into your life after training. Must complete up to 2+ weeks in-house paid training. STARTING PAY is $13 per hour, with production bonuses

Offsite Invoice Payment Specialist-Data Entry-Part-Time/Remote Training/$13 Hour

Requirements: Type 9,000 keystrokes per hour with accuracy. Ability to grasp and retain instructions. Ability to maintain a high level of concentration. Self-motivated. Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive work attitude.
