These tasks include entering information into the customer database, preparing and sending monthly customer recycling data paperwork, verifying billing information, drafting correspondence and other documents and being responsible for onsite reporting.

The Data Analyst typically assists with gathering, validating and synthesizing workforce/people and compensation-related data.  This includes data entry, data validation/reconciliation, and data management/organization, researching publicly-available data sources, document review, and operation of software for data analysis. The nature of the law firm environment can be unpredictable at times, and the Data Analyst should be able to deal with a heavy workload and tight deadlines.

Client Coordinator:

This position is 100% remote.  The schedule for the role is Monday through Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm CT; 1-2 weekends a month and 1-3 holidays a year. This person is responsible for servicing inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses or any representative acting on behalf of a client. This position performs a wide range of data processing tasks, including data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation and filing. This job has some phone duties but is predominately data entry.

Claims Analyst:

This position is 100% remote. Candidate must be available to work 8:00am-5:00pm PST; Monday through Friday. The hourly rate of pay is $16.00-$16.50. You will be responsible for determining the reasonable cost of medical care and manually reviews for application of proper fee schedule, accurate diagnosis and ICD/CPT coding, and duplicate billing in addition to other factors.

Remote Pharmacy Tech

The Sr. Pharmacy Technician provides high level support to patients, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare staff to effectively process and provide relevant information within the assigned function(s).  The incumbent ensures all activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures, pharmacy regulations and other regulatory requirements. 

Virtual Trauma Data Abstractor:

As a trauma data abstractor, you will be responsible for abstraction of data for complex core measures, complex cardiovascular services and infectious disease data. You contribute to our success. Transcriber:

As a transcriber, you’ll listen to audio files and enter what’s said into a form. The audio you listen to could be on topics including but not limited to, interviews, phone calls, academic presentations, simple everyday conversations, and much more! This position helps provide data that builds state-of-the-art AI-powered machine models. If you have attention to detail and are ready to put your grammatical, analytical, knowledge, and language skills to the test, then transcription could be a great fit for you.

Claims Representative I – Workers Compensation – Remote  

As a member of our Claims team, utilize your knowledge of Workers Compensation Claims to independently investigate, evaluate and resolve assigned claims of a more complex nature in order to achieve appropriate outcomes. In this position you will administer and resolve highest risk management expectations claims in a timely manner in accordance with legal statues, policy provisions, and company guidelines.

Data Connection Administrator – Remote

As a Data Connection Administrator at OneDigital, you will provide administrative support for technology customers. Duties: Initial Case Intake and Vetting, Sorting discrepancies reports; Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols; Process carriers that require US processing of eligibility maintenance tasks. This includes but is not limited to entering information into the carrier website, completing carrier spreadsheets, emailing/faxing the document to the carrier or processing the transaction over the phone with the carrier contact.

Records Coordinator:

The Records Coordinator is responsible for tracking, gathering and preparing examinee charts for use. This position sorts records, creates cover letters, updates client lists and maintains efficient document storage. This role is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST (must be on Pacific timezone), offering between $21-$23/hour. 

Tier II Support Specialist:

As a Tier II Support Specialist, you will be an asset to the success of the Tripleseat Customer Support Team. This role provides escalated support to the Tier I Help Desk.  This role will require that someone has strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills to be successful.
