This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful pharmacy technician. Students will learn about the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development, manufacturing, and regulation. They will also learn about the various types of medications, their uses, and potential side effects.

In addition, students will develop the skills necessary to work in a pharmacy setting. This includes dispensing medication, managing inventory, and understanding the insurance billing process. Students will also learn how to interact with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.

Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam and begin a career as a pharmacy technician.
